I wanted to take a moment and let you know how impressed we are with the ProMax desking system. I have been in the Automotive business for over twenty years and have not used a better desking system than ProMax. Customer service is also very important to us. The customer service we receive from our account rep Jamie Shoemaker and or trainer Justin Adams are second to none. Please keep up the good work!!

The main reason I like ProMax is because we have an awesome representative Mindy Hennings. She is always available to help out and calls me back when I'm having problems. Her training sessions with our sales consultants are short and to the point. Actually, the entire training staff at ProMax has been extremely helpful. I love the free webinar classes that are offered. They help me tremendously. We just hired two new managers and they will be pushing ProMax and the importance of follow-up with our sales team. I also need to mention Bud Smith because he is very prompt in setting up my emails and if I have problems is available to help. The two things that would be a great help our dealership would be the automatic download to Reynolds and also to be able to run ProMax from my tablet or phone. As owners of the dealership it would be nice to be able to access ProMax at any time to see what is happening at the dealership. The prospect activity builder helps but it doesn't give the details that we want to see and it comes through to our phone a few hours later.

just want to tell you how thankful we are now that we have Pro-max, our old system was so antiquated and half the time we had no idea if our customer had shown or sold. We had to constantly call our customer to find out. Now we know that same day if our customer has been in,and also we an find out right away if they sold. This saves us so much time to concentrate on all our new customers coming in to get more sales for our company!! I like that we have so many different things we can do with Pro-max and are learning to use it more effectively everyday!!! Love it!!!!

I would like to take the opportunity to say that working with Mindy in training or any issues surrounding ProMax has been a very informative and pleasurable experience. She does a superior job at sending out notices when there has been an update to ProMax or when a class is being offered. Mindy is very quick to return my call when I have a question or am challenged with any technical issue. She seems to exhausted every effort in fixing any issue or to answer any question we may have. I feel that Mindy is definatley a top quality customer service representative specialist for ProMax and we are very fortunate to have her serve our district here at Larry Jay Mitsubishi.

We have been using ProMax products for over two years now and highly recommend them to anyone in the automobile business. Over the years we have used several of the leading CRM and desking products and can honestly say that ProMax is miles ahead of all of them. The training is excellent but many of our "new hires" have found that the intuitive design of the product makes it easy enough to use that they could start using it immediately before completing the training. It is one of the few software products that we have found in our industry that was actually designed by "car guys" instead of computer people so it gives you all the tools you need without a lot of complicated fluff. We feel it is a great product backed by a lot of good people.

ProMax has been an incredible help in not only tracking the BDC production, but also to track the qualified lead sources. The entire system is very user friendly and if you have a question, the trainers are always there for you! They are most knowledgeable and are never too busy to answer any question. There have been times when we have found a glitch in the system and the techs have jumped on it to get a quick fix. All around, I enjoy working with the ProMax team and would certainly highly recommend ProMax!!

ProMax is the best CRM/ desking system I have used in my 12 years in the car business. The service by Mindy is excellent. She always answers her phone and responds quickly. I would highly recommend this system to any dealer who wants to grow their business. Very user friendly!

ProMax has been a great asset to our company here at Grote Automotive. The customer service is amazing. The follow up system is one of the best. I would like to take a moment to let you know how awesome Jamie is. Any time I have a question about ProMax she helps me find answers. She is always smiling through the phone. I call often being new the your program. If Jamie is not there I leave a message and she calls back right away! I have gained a lot of knowledge from here on your system, thank you for that. I now consider Jamie to be a friend and not just or contact at ProMax anymore. You need your whole staff to be like this.

We are a busy Buy Here Pay Here with three locations which has been working with ProMax for over 5 years. It is a valuable tool which does a wonderful job of simplifying our customer follow up. The user friendliness allows us to effectively ensure that all leads are followed up at the appropriate times, track results and stay compliant with all federal and state regulations. This saves me immeasurable amounts of time and headaches. The entire staff is great. They are always willing to listen and help! I would recommend ProMax and their staff to any dealership.

Dear Potential ProMax User, ProMax is wonderful, it does a great deal of work for you to make your job easier in selling cars. The features are great and easy to understand, I love the leasing feature too. Takes the guess work out of leasing. The support is great too.
